Open Doors' Creative Contest Open Doors Canada invites students across Canada to participate in the organization’s first ever Creative Contest! This contest is open to all Canadian students ages 12-16. Students who would like to participate are asked to read God’s Smuggler and use the book as inspiration to create a visual art piece or write a poem. Open Doors is asking young people to use their creativity to tell the story of persecuted believers and stand strong as ONE Voice for the Persecuted Church. The top submissions in each category will be awarded a gift card valued at $100 to Amazon.

This Year's Theme | God's Smuggler
65 years ago, a Dutchman was inspired to smuggle Bibles into Communist Eastern Europe, using his imagination and creativity to get God’s Word past the Iron Curtain. With that same spirit of creativity, we want to encourage young Canadian Christians to embrace their artistry and showcase their skills.

Open Doors Canada invites you and your students to participate in the organization’s first ever Creative Contest! This contest is open to all Canadian students ages 12-16.

One Voice For The Persecuted Church
Students who would like to participate are asked to read God’s Smuggler and use the book as inspiration to create a visual art piece or write a poem. God’s Smuggler is the best-selling story of Brother Andrew, the founder of Open Doors, and this year's contest theme. In the dark days of the Cold War and the rise of Communism, it tells how he risked his life smuggling Bibles across dangerous borders in his trusty Volkswagen beetle. Through its pages you will grow in knowledge of the mission field and understand more clearly what it means to risk everything to follow God's heart.
